1. Purpose and Scope

The Site is currently in pre-launch mode. Its sole purpose is to provide information about PrövenantX and to allow you to join our waitlist for future updates on launch developments and platform access.

No financial products, investment opportunities, trading services, or other offerings are currently available through the Site. Joining the waitlist does not create any contract, guarantee, or obligation for future access, priority, discounts, or benefits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
• Submit false information when joining the waitlist.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and any future mockups or materials—is owned by PrövenantX or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

5. No Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• That any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
• That future features, access, or benefits will be available as described or at all.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrövenantX, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed CAD $100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
